10 11 12


In honor of 10-11-12, I thought about running for 13-14-15 minute intervals. Blew that idea off and sat in steam room for 7-8-9 minutes, thinking that if I don't get back to cardio I will be 4-5-6 hundred pounds. Blew that thought off, and started wondering if I should get 1-2-3 breakfast tacos later.
