San Antonio has hundreds of neighborhoods to choose from. San Antonio is blessed with a diverse landscape ranging from downtown city living to the spartan beauty of the Oak and Cedar lined, rugged Hill Country. One of our favorite neighborhoods is Evans Ranch. Located just North of Loop 1604 off of Evans Rd., this small gated neighborhood features large, half acre and one acre lots. Evans Ranch has homes ranging in size from 3200-5000 sf. Within the confines of it’s gates, there are 140 homesites nestled in the rugged hillside of this North San Antonio enclave. Evans Ranch is located in the award winning NEISD. It feeds into Johnson High School, Tejeda Middle School and Roan Forest Elementary School. The neighborhood features a convenient walk through gate to Roan Forest Elementary School.
Evans Ranch is also conveniently located just 2 miles from the world class J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort and TPC Golf Course, home of the Valero Texas Open golf tournament.
