And once again we have rain! Hopefully the aquifer will begin filling up again and we will start the cycle all over again. Here's a question for you. For those of you with a sprinkler system, do you still water if it has rained on your watering day? Not that I care whether you do or not, but as I watched a neighbors sprinkler going full blast in the rain it made me wonder. I don't think it is his fault that he watered in the rain, my sprinkler after all would have too had the breaker not been tripped last night. So it begs me to ask myself if I will water tonight during my allotted time between 8:00-10:00. I think I might. It would be nice to have that extra cushion of moisture... I think. And besides, with the cooler temperatures, I think it will all go back down into the aquifer anyway. Well whatever I decide to do tonight, my grass is sure loving the moisture. Thanks God, for the rain, we needed it.
